This mandatory service bulletin was issued September 5, 2005, and must be completed within the next 200 hours of flight, or 12 months, whichever occurs first.

Reason:
To inspect the wing root canted rib upper cap for cracks, and modify and/or replace if necessary. Failure to inspect and modify affected rib caps could result in undetected cracking of the canted rib cap and reduce the structural integrity of the wing root canted rib.
