Attention: Owners/Operators of Cessna 182T/T182T aircraft equipped with a KAP 140:

Operators of Cessna models 182T and T182T aircraft have reported experiencing a constant autopilot-induced roll oscillation, commonly referred to as "wing walk". During "wing walk", the control yoke begins rocking side to side at the rate of about one cycle per second, and is most noticeable in light turbulence. Once the aircraft reaches smooth air, the oscillation should dampen out; however, in some aircraft the oscillation continues.

Honeywell and Cessna Aircraft are jointly working on this issue to come up with the best solution.

If you have experienced this "wing walk" oscillation, please contact Precision Aircraft & Engine Services for support and assistance with this issue.
